SAIC is looking for an experienced TS/SCI cleared PM located in Reston (or Chantilly), VA Create in support of a large Combatant Command Support Program that is supporting various locations worldwide.

The selected candidate is expected to provided leadership, management, and oversight for the program workforce in order to deliver exceptional service in support of Mission Partner Environment (MPE) IT consolidation initiatives as well as other program requirements to support the following:

 

    • Implementation of new task orders
    • PM oversight and leadership for the consolidation of several disparate large projects that support coalition operations and planning.
    • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation to achieve cost savings and program efficiencies
    • Represent SAIC at various program and executive level discussion with Coalition and MPE stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance 
  • 5+ years of experience in managing technical programs valued at 200 million to 400 million.
  • Experience in data management, data governance, or data analysis as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, Data Governance or related role   
  • Experience in areas of Network Operations (NetOps) Command and Control (C2), intelligence/multinational systems and networks, requirements development, technology assessments, process development and improvement, policy and requirements analysis, and IT services procurement for large-scale USG acquisition programs, budget planning and execution.
  • Leadership ability to back decisions with research and the “why,” and articulate several options, the pros and cons for each, and a recommendation 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability and willingness to initiate and manage relationships across the IC organizations and manage relationships across the customer leadership team 
  • Ability to work with contract personnel and manage subcontract relationships 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Management of Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • 5-7 years of experience in managing technical programs valued at 200 million to 400 million.
  • PMP Certification 
  • Cloud (AWS or Azure certification(s)
  • Master’s degree in a Business, IT/Systems Management or comparable discipline
  • ITIL Certified (current) or comparable certification

 

Highly Desired Qualifications:

 

  • 7-10 years of experience as a PM managing an IT enterprise with a value of over $400 million to $1B in TCV over the PoP.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience managing complex programs and leading a geographically dispersed operations and engineering staff of various skill levels
