Job Description


SAIC is seeking an exceptional Program Analyst to support the Air Force's next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon system acquisition. Our customer is the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Program Office located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. This professional will work with the GBSD Support Equipment branch of our customer the USAF. 
Responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing cost accounts for senior leaders
  • Facilitating and executing cross functional meetings for the USAF customer and external stake holders 
  • Coordination of program management meetings and reviews for senior leaders 
  • Reviewing and assessing the monthly updated program schedule


  • 10+ years of experience in project management 
  • Secret security clearance or higher - obtained in the last 6 years 
  • Experience with Government acquisitions DoD 5000.01 
  • Exceptional customer communication and engagement skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) 
  • Must have a “can-do” attitude 
  • Experience managing Government projects

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Experiences tracking and analyzing Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) 
  • Understanding of Program Baselines 
  • Experience in Risk / Opportunity Management 
  • Understanding of agile software development 
  • Experience utilizing a SharePoint site for data management
