Description

SAIC has a potential opportunity for a Program Analyst to support the U.S. Army Military Ground Vehicle Systems.  The work will be located in Warren, MI.

This position is contingent upon contract award with an anticipated start date November 2022.


 Job Responsibilities Include: 

  • Provides high level subject matter expertise in the planning, evaluation, review and prioritization of technical and financial resources associated with assigned programs.
  • Advises and supports program, planning, evaluation and financial management functions; as well as the strategy and performance measurement functions for assigned programs. 
  • Performs extensive coordination with high-ranking customers and support staff, other services and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects.
  • Applies expert knowledge of program planning and evaluation, Army missions, goals and objectives.
  • Completes strategic planning, engagements, and outreach.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. A Master's degree may be substituted for one year of general experience.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum total of 6 years' experience in Programmatic, Financial, or Technical support of the research, development, test, or evaluation complex systems.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills are needed to handle multiple task/projects and to work independently.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills are also required to work well with all levels of staff and managers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Can start work with Interim Secret Clearance
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
