SAIC’s IT Program Manager (PM) will achieve system integration and development efforts on time and within budget. The manager will provide search and discovery solutions allowing users to find relevant data available on topics of interest while following the Lean Agile methodology. The PM will participate in all subsequent scrums, sprints, and grooming sessions, generate Project Management Review (PMR) slides, briefings, and presentations, and coordinate program management activities. Working closely with an integrated team of staff and contractors, the expert will collaborate with security, operations, testing, and other teams to provide system information and technical support.

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Five (5) or more years in technical project or program management with full lifecycle software development
  • Leading Agile development teams to include generating sprint plans
  • Supporting multiple concurrent projects to meet schedules, delivery expectations, and budget determinations
  • Tailoring complex technical ideas and concepts in briefings and reports to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Providing risk identification, management, and mitigation
  • Utilizing JIRA to manage backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints
  • Building and maintain constructive relationships among various levels, including customers, stakeholders, technical teams, contractors, and senior level staff

Optional Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.)
  • Utilizing system accreditation process, resulting in an ATO
