SAIC is seeking a Program Control Administrative III. Performs a combination of project Control and Division Administration duties, independently overseeing the DTRA Nuclear Enterprise Nuclear Logistics and Nuclear Surety Inspections Office operations and assists as needed. Assist with the daily operations of these two Nuclear Enterprise departments. The  Administrative  Assistant  functions  independently  overseeing the NE Nuclear Logistics and Inspections office operations and assists as needed.

  • Assist with the daily operation of the NE Department; Prepare briefing materials, papers, program plans, and other material; Provide technical review of documents and read-aheads; Assist with planning, organizing, executing, documenting and pre-, post-support of workshops, training, conferences and meetings; Oversee Front Office calendars, taskers, office distribution; Maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, wiki pages, web parts, sites and subsites
  • Prepare briefing materials, papers, program plans, and other materials;

  • Assist with planning, organizing, executing, documenting and pre- / post-support of workshops, training conferences and meetings;
  • Pversee Front Office calendars, taskers, office distribution;
  • Maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, libraries, wiki pages, web parts, sites and subsites

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or high school graduate with 5+ years work experience in an office environment.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Outlook (including maintaining calendars), and Sharepoint file organization and maintenance.
  • Office environment administrative and organizational skills, Ability to work with and communicate clearly with Senior Leaders. Excellent command of the English language with exceptional technical review abilities (grammar, punctuation, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of aesthetics to product attractive documents and presentations.
  • Previous work experience in military or government organizations is a plus. Self starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and complete assigned tasks on time.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:  Office administrative and organization skills; Ability to work with Senior Leaders; Command of the English language with exceptional technical review abilities (grammar, punctuation, etc.)

  • Active Secret clearance
