SAIC is seeking a Foreign Disclosure Representative in Arlington, VA to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) and the broader military intelligence community. 

Note: This role requires physical presence on site at the National Guard TARC facility in Arlington, VA. 

Job Duties:

  • Assist in development, analysis, interpreting, and communicating policy for the Foreign Disclosure Program for the ARNG G2.
  • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations as to the approval of requests for foreign disclosure.
  • Analyze specific requests and interpret general policy and command guidance for ARNG units across the 54 states and territories
  • Utilize classified networks and the Foreign Visit System to review and process requests for information disclosure for foreign governments
  • Document processes for foreign disclosure and ensure the protection of sensitive information.
  • Travel: up to 10% of the time

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and six (6) years or more of related experience; OR Masters and four (4) years; OR PhD or JD and two (2) years.
  • Active Top Secret clearance but can obtain an SCI.
  • 2+ years’ experience working with AR 380-10 “Foreign Disclosure and Contacts with Foreign Representatives”, DoDI 5230-10, DoDI 5230-20, and other applicable publications regarding Foreign Disclosure.  
  • Possess strong analytic and organizational skills, work well independently without direct supervision
  • Must have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; must be able to communicate authoritatively with O4-O6 level military leaders.
