Description

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst with a minimum Interim Secret Clearance to provide analysis and decision support on-site in assisting with organizational activities in Arlington, VA.
 
Daily responsibilities may include:
  • Providing support in analyzing and developing digital processes/procedures for addressing internal business operations in coordination with the government.
  • Researching, analyzing, and providing administrative support for the daily tasks required of OGC within its current concept of operations (ConOps).
  • Conducting research and analysis on office mission-related issues (people, processes and policy).
  • Preparing briefings on findings of significance related to office initiatives/proposals.
  • Managing and establishing procedures and controls for the receipt, handling, tracking, cataloging, classifying, suspense, and retrieval of office actions.
  • Supporting the Office of General Counsel (OGC) leadership with maintaining organizational position descriptions.
  • Conducting weekly meetings with Attorney/Administrative Office Manager to ensure taskers, developments, and operations are on track.
  • Establishing policies and standard operating procedures to promote process discipline with personnel, budget and office space management and coordination efforts
  • Drawing out, capturing and categorizing business operations information by communications with OGC stakeholders.
  • Teaming with the Knowledge Management Analyst/Developer to establish and review current “as is” organizational operations/transactional processes and identify areas that need refinement to improve effectiveness and promote efficiencies (‘to be”)
  • Generating and submitting weekly reports which track personnel statuses for senior leadership review.
  • Providing meeting support to include drafting talking points and conducting reach for the Attorney Manager to present to senior leaders in the department.

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of three (3) years or more relevant experience with the Department of Defense with a Bachelor’s Degree.  Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) and common office software applications.
  • Background and training in the organizational management/decision support with personnel and office operations.
  • Demonstrated experience developing, analyzing, and re-engineering business processes and preparation of standard operating procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing workflows and processes to manage information using collaboration and knowledge management platforms.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required together with proficient research and analytical skills.
  • Poised, articulate, and comfortable working with senior government officials
  • Open and creative mind, the ability to conduct rigorous analysis with limited oversight from senior management, and the ability to present difficult concepts in simple terms. 
  • Commitment to exceptional client service and professionalism while working at the client site.
REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE:
  • Minimum of Interim Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a final Secret Clearance.

Target salary range: $75,001 - $100,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
