Job Description: We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic Program Analyst who has demonstrated multitasking abilities across various program management tasks including customer service, project management, inventory mgmt., and quality assurance. Excellent verbal, written communication and adaptable skill set for technical environments. The candidate will be expected to support the CSDM, and contribute to the completion of milestones associated with many specific projects.

SAIC has an immediate need for a Program Analyst/Property Manager

to support the NASA Integrated Communications Services (NICS) contract at NASA Headquarters in Washington, DC. The NICS contract provides high quality integrated communications services for secure voice, video and data solutions and services to NASA customers worldwide.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitors workflow by administering Remedy Change Request (CRQ)/work orders to team members and ensures ticket metrics and deadlines are met.
  • Work with 5+ buyers, engineers and respective vendors to address deliverable issues in order to meet customer satisfaction expectations.
  • Manages IT equipment to include property accountability, physically tagging and uploading records into the property management systems and conducts physical inventory with 100% succession annually. Tracking inventory levels, shipping and receiving of hardware equipment
  • Purchase required program hardware and software, office supplies, and keep records electronically and manually of all purchases.
  • Provide support to Center Delivery Manager including correspondence inquiries, memoranda, formal letters, escalation, SLA, and executive summaries.
  • Prepare instructions, operating policies, procedures, and training manuals to ensure accomplishment of program goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement plans to communicate new initiatives, policies, and key messaging around priorities.
  • Prepare communications to both internal stakeholders, and convey project status updates, and maintain checklists.
  • Track and ensure successful resolution of open issues and escalate them to management, as needed.
  • Collaborate with various teams to determine needs, establish priorities and coordinate efforts related to the program.
  • Assist in identifying and implementation of continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • BS degree or equivalent (4 years of related experience).

Required Skills:

  • Process development.
  • Shipping and receiving.
  • Escalate urgent matters.
  • Work across multiple teams.
  • Provide status reports.
  • Attend assigned meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas.
  • Communicate with various level of executive management.

Clearance:

  • Requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Desired Education:

  • BS degree in IT.
