SAIC is looking for a Senior Cyber GRC Analyst in the Reston, VA area.

NOTE: This opportunity is 100% Remote
 This position requires a US citizen

Position Description

This position will support SAIC's Information Assurance and Classified Operation's teams by serving as a project manager managing the milestones and status of all of SAIC's classified systems.  This position will work closely with the IA and ClassOps Directors to develop a Program Management Office.
This ideal candidate will have experience with all customer types (DCSA, IC, etc.) and have a passion for the Risk Management Framework and the continued compliance and accreditation processes. This position will often serve as a main contact to stakeholders as systems are navigating accreditation.  The candidate will interface with Program Managers, Senior Leadership, IA and System Administration teams and various other stakeholders to enable SAIC's mission while navigating various Customer requirements.  Additionally, this position will attend and influence a change control board, aid in developing program milestone reviews for stakeholders and assist in shaping the strategic vision of SAIC's Information Assurance and Classified Operations programs. 
· Demonstrate DCSA and IC information security and experience.
· Knowledgeable in information systems security in order to assure enforcement of company and government regulations.
· Deep understanding and experience with NISPOM, NIST 800-53, ICD 503, and RMF is required.
· Candidate must possess the ability to operate independently without supervision and in a fast paced environment.
· This critical role requires the applicant to be a self-starter and willingness to initiate communication with SAIC management and various Government agencies for support and/or compliance requirements.
· The position requires daily support of the team, system users, interaction with SAIC management and occasional interaction with Government personnel.
· The position will be responsible for developing a project management office and tracking systems security, testing and system accreditation activities.
· Aid in the development new documents and processes to support the development and deployment of new architectures on the enterprise platform, ensuring the deployed architecture complies with DoD directives.
As part of the PMO, this position will work with IA and Classified Ops Teams to help identify and elevate risks, maintain accreditation and compliance, and help de-conflict schedule conflicts where possible.

This position can be worked anywhere within the US.

This position requires an active Top Secret SCI with polygraph security clearance. 

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
·
Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more experience; Masters and ten (10) years or more experience;
· Active TS//SCI clearance with Poly 
· DoD 8570 IAM Level II or III certifications (CISSP, CISM, CAP, CASP+, etc.)
· Previous ISSO, ISSM, ISSE, SCA experience are essential.
· Understand the ISSM and System Administrator roles and the “separation of duties” concept.
· Experience managing system accreditation for multiple systems, POA&M generation and management/tracking towards compliance, and continuous monitoring.
 Additional Desired Qualifications:
·Agile: Knowledge or familiarity with Agile methodologies (i.e. SAFe), LEAN process improvement, or other related Project ·Management disciplines.
·Strong organizational skills:  Experience managing and coordinating projects geographically-dispersed and cross functional teams.
·Forward thinking:  Passion for continuous process improvement and transformational culture.
·Visualization: Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data/information visually to effectively lead discussions, gain consensus, and convey meaningful information to stakeholders, business leaders, and others.
 
·It is expected this individual will stay active in the external Industrial Security community in order to stay abreast of changing policy and bringing that knowledge back to SAIC.  Current leadership experience in this area is a plus.

Required Clearance:  

This position requires an active Top Secret SCI with polygraph security clearance.

Target salary range: $195,001 - $205,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
