SAIC is seeking a communications analyst to support United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), including Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) with a focus on survivability, interoperability, reliability, cybersecurity, maintenance, and maintenance upgrades. The successful candidate will be part of the SAIC team, incorporating agile development and operations methodologies and best practices through repeatable agile approach to capabilities assessments and modeling systems in a cost-effective way to explore and document requirements, system characteristics, and capabilities to address reliability, maintainability, quality, supportability, interoperability, and both organizational and technical requirements.
The candidate for this position provides technical analysis and capabilities solutions to a wide range of difficult problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors through imaginative, thorough, and practicable solutions, consistent with organization objectives.
Edits, proofreads and provides writing support, the conceptualization, layout and preparation of high quality graphics, text, and templates, and the design, preparation, and creation of new media projects on non-technical and/or technical documents or sections of documents prepared by writers such as manuals, procedures and specifications
Ensuring documents meet editorial and government specifications and adhering to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format and style
Producing and/or revising technical articles, proposals, publications, books, manuals, reports, and marketing materials and determining project requirements and presenting drafts of finished product to the user ensuring high quality of output
Reviews rough drafts and makes suggestions. In addition, individuals in this family design and develop multimedia applications, systems and products involving computer graphics and interactive computing using a variety of new media software applications, techniques and tools
Bachleor’s Degree with 2+years of related experience
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Experience in Managing Share point sites, tracking correspondence and suspense’s, working with leadership to arrange meetings, developing briefings and databases Experience in documenting technical materials (reports, briefs, manuals, proposals, instructions, etc.) and working with technical and management staff in the development and preparation of quality technical products.
Experience supporting documentation review and analysis of requirements identification and analysis activities including development of effectiveness measures, CONOPs, market research, prototyping, and test design. Experience with general research techniques, Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), DOTMLPF, commercial practices, STI relevance assessments and gap analysis. USSTRATCOM Mission expertise.
Experience with ISPAN family of Software design and requirements generation a plus
