SAIC is seeking a C3BM International Analyst to support Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs. International tasking includes participation in reviews and assessments of C2BMC engineering products and documentation. Collaboration with MDS stakeholders is required to prepare C2BMC international integration products as part of the engineering objectives documentation and analysis processes. Other activities include participation in engineering meetings, presenting engineering product development updates, providing analysis and failure review summaries, and making recommendations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in multinational C3BM systems engineering and test activities to include multinational systems engineering and integration/test efforts.
  • Support senior leadership with review of multinational systems engineering documents, architectures, designs, and briefings for technical accuracy and consistency with U.S. MDS.
  • Support senior engineering team with analysis of multi-national approaches and maintain and update interfaces to multinational partners, to include design, documentation, coordination, and implementation of secondary interfaces and training interfaces.
  • Support senior engineer team with cross domain solution development, coordination for testing, and deployment for host nations.
  • Support design, deployment, and maintenance of bi-lateral situation awareness displays for host nations as necessary.
  • Develop, coordinate, and maintain multinational test schedules.
  • Review multinational test documentation, architectures, and briefings for technical accuracy and provide input to senior engineering team for review.
  • Perform analysis of multinational tests and document findings in reports and provide input to senior engineering team for review.
  • Perform staff support duties to the Director of International and Infrastructure team as required.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's of Arts or Bachelor's of Science and (two) 2 years of professional experience
  • Knowledge of engineering and/or integration/test processes
  • Familiarity with networks and/or tactical communication systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ambitious with eagerness and capacity to learn in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Advanced organizational, written, and verbal skills required
  • Interpersonal skills enabling successful collaboration with international counterparts
  • Ability to work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment

Clearance:

  • Active Secret Clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters’ Degree of STEM
  • Familiarity with networks and/or tactical Missile Defense Systems (MDS) communications
  • MDA and/or C3BM experience
  • Familiarity with MDA, MDS, Multinational MDS efforts, C3BM Program Office, or military experience

Target salary range: $75,001 - $100,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
