SAIC is seeking an experienced program integrator to provide wide-ranging programmatic support to a new technical training program for the targeting occupation.  The candidate will directly support technical targeting SME’s, instructors, and instructional designers in developing and carrying out  a multi-week blended training curriculum for officers new to the technical targeting occupation.  Specific duties include, but are not limited, to:

• Manage student course registrations
• Provide general support to students attending the courses
• Track programmatic and administrative actions related to the courses
• Manage training and course documentation
• Coordinate training team activities and meetings
• Conduct training evaluations
• Support creation of training products such as guides, handbooks, and job aids

The candidate must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with deadlines tied to the technical targeting training courses.  S/he should be comfortable working independently and as part of a cohesive team to provide the best training experience possible for students.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree (4 years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of degree) and 10+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Targeting Analyst, or other multi-source targeting experience.
• Successful experience supporting training courses, students, and training teams.
• Record of accomplishment supporting the customer on planning, implementing, and tracking team initiatives and deliverables.
• Outstanding coordination skills and ability to build strong customer relationships, along with a high comfort level managing multiple requirements.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with customer training processes, regulations, and organizations is a plus.
