Job Description


SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to support mine countermeasures (MCM) programs at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD). This position will sit in Panama City, Florida.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Candidates will support MCM Tactics and Analysis efforts
  • Assist in developing and executing training material for fleet personnel for MCM and MCM systems, including producing briefs w/ graphics.
  • Interface with Military personnel to support exercises or events, conduct training and develop fleet documentation and materials.
  • Conduct an independent evaluation on data, identify performance trends, conduct comparative analysis and populate databases.
  • Responsible for the development of test documentation including data collection plans, analysis reports and briefs.
  • Use test methodologies and principles to plan and execute data collection events to support NSWC PCD analysis of various mine countermeasure systems. 
  • Develops tactical documentation including TACMEMOs, TACGUIDEs, Fleet Support Guides, etc.


Education and Experience: 

BS degree and zero (0) years of more of related experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree

Required Qualifications:

  • Experienced using MS Word and MS PowerPoint for document development. 
  • Proficient with MS Excel and MS Visio. 
  • Must be willing to travel and participate in field activities including small boat operations while observing systems and collecting data in the environment to meet data collection objectives.   


Interim Secret security clearance required to start with the ability to obtain and maintain full Secret clearance
