Interact with FAA customers on a daily basis, providing technical support at meetings and via presentations and technical papers
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A BA/BS degree in an air traffic related field is required. For all levels, experience is Air Traffic Control (ATC) full performance level (FPL) experience or equivalent (e.g. military controller, contract tower, commercial dispatch operations, etc.). Candidate must have ATC experience in any of the following: Terminal, Enroute, Oceanic, Traffic Flow Management, or Flight Service Station. Candidate must have at least 20 years of relevant experience. An additional five years experience may be substituted for the degree stated.
