Description

SAIC is currently seeking a ServiceNow System Security Administrator support of PEO Aviation Team located in Huntsville, AL.  The successful candidate will perform the day-today administration of the PEO Aviation’s ServiceNow platform.

Duties:

  • Oversees the security of the Now Platform
  • Ensures ServiceNow instances are secure and hardened as needed (domain separation, Edge Encryption, etc.)
  • Creates and enforces security standards throughout the ServiceNow platform
  • Protects resources in the platform ServiceNow using appropriate security measures such as the use of ACLs
  • Ensures users have the correct access
  • Audits security logs of the ServiceNow platform
  • Confirms the technical design and integration requirements with various systems to support processes that require data exchange
  • Participates in workshops when security must be considered
  • Initiates health scans and tracks the remediation of findings

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelors degree and nine (9) plus years of relevant experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. 

Required Skills:

  • Experience with system administration and security including the hardening of servers and applications
  • Experience with Agile development methodology
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills

Required Certifications:

  • IAT Level II Certification and/or ITIL V3 Certification
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

Required Clearance:

  • Must have an Active Secret Clearance and be a US Citizen

Target salary range: $100,001 - $125,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
