SAIC has an opening for a Program Manager to join our talented, dynamic team leading our Security Operation program supporting program for CMS. The key responsibilities for this position include:
    • Primary liaison with customer executives, business owners and external program managers. 
    • Accountable for program outcomes and high-quality work deliverables that trace back to objectives and acceptance criteria
    • Drive project goals and outcomes, decompose project objectives into actionable work packages and activities, and manage resources within cost constraints
    • Ability to view a bigger technical and operational picture across CMS with the ability to create/influence that vision
    • Maintain an open perspective to best support CMS 
    • Maintain a quality high security posture with delivering automated, consumable services, and solutions services to resolve security compliance issues (answers in the back of the book)
    • Extremely collaborative across programmatic contracts, internal customers
    • Identify and resolve, stakeholder priorities, and manage program focus areas providing direction to team activities 
    • Provide clear direction and regularly communicate expectations and feedback to team and individuals
    • Identify, manage, and communicate project risks and issues 
    • Identify and implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor (and minimize) risk project wide
    • Own and manage action items, conduct project launch, initiate and plan activities in accordance with company Project Management Framework
    

Qualifications

Required Skills
    • Considered a subject matter expert in delivering government cloud and security solutions
    • Excellent oral communication, writing and presentation skills
    • Highly motivated and ability to take initiative
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Highly analytical; proven problem-solving abilities
    • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills, new client environments, and grow domain expertise
    • Ability to conduct independent research to lead or support the resolution of complex questions and issues
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting 
    • Prior CMS IT and USDS experience 


Required Qualifications (LCAT)
This should include education, skills, years of experience and clearance.
    • 10+ years of professional experience 
    • Bachelors or Associates +2 year relevant experience or 4 years relevant experience or Professional License

Target salary range: $175,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
