Description

The Reporting Analyst will support data analysis, report generation, and capacity management processes and procedures. They will assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining Service Level Management, Capacity Management, and other operational reports. The Reporting Analyst will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of IT operations tasks, tools, and technologies and develop expertise related to ITIL methodologies.

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship is required
  • 3-10 years of relevant experience and a B.S. degree. Bachelor of Science (BS) can be substituted with an additional 4 years of related experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst in support of IT Operations
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Power BI Report Development required
  • Is able to work in a team environment while still being responsible for discrete objectives
  • Highly motivated with strong organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)
  • Good attention to detail with high importance placed on accuracy
  • Flexible in manner of working and willingness to adapt and learn
  • Sharp analytical skills
  • Experience supporting federal clients in the area of process engineering and/or policy
  • Experience in or knowledge of ITIL methodologies
  • Experience with Python, SQL, or similar is highly preferred
