SAIC has an opening for a Senior RPA Engineer. This is a remote position.

The Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) engineer will be responsible for support and development of RPA process initiatives. This role will interface with business users and analysts to design, and develop automation solutions using RPA technologies.

  • Create RPA solution design documentation aligning with business requirements and stakeholders.

  • Design, develop and configure simple, medium to complex robotic process automations per business process and requirements documentation.

  • Design and develop Robotic Process Automation to meet use cases as per the RDLC (Robotic Development Life Cycle).

  • Independently design and develop simple to complex multi system robotic automations. Work directly with the end user community to understand requirements and data flows and be competent to articulate solutions, risks and challenges.

  • Work with Power BI team to design & develop a mechanism to monitor, report the BOT performance and work across the domains to get the BOT utilization close to 100%.

  • Schedule and run RPA processes to ensure stability of environment.

  • Develop reusable components, scripts and framework for efficiency.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related degree and 5+ years of experience, Master's Degree and 3+ years of experience.  Relative experience can substitute for degree.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience developing with UiPath Studio.

  • Experience automating web applications and desktop applications.

  • Experience implementing UiPath features such as Excel integration, email automation, optical character recognition (OCR), image recognition, text analysis and PDF processing.

  • Experience using the RE Framework

  • Orchestrator Management Experience

  • Experience in implementation/deployment of BOTs into production

  • Agile methodology and Kanban processes

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to discuss complex technical concepts with engineers as well as end-users

  • Experience mentoring and leading junior developers

  • Outstanding organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrable knowledge of:
    • SQL
    • JSON and XML
    • Net or Java experience
    • REST API usage
  • US Citizenship required.

Preferred:

  • UiPath Developer certification.

Target salary range: $100,001 - $125,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
