SAIC has a contingent job opportunity for a IT Audit Support Analyst to support the Technology Services Organization (TSO) Information Technology (IT) Services Contract program under the US Marine Corps. This position is contingent upon contract award, expected in the Fall of 2022.

The IT Auditor will support oversight & monitoring efforts. 

This position will be located in Indianapolis, IN. Daily work location is still TBD. At a minimum, you will need to be within commuting distance for local meetings in Indianapolis. 

Responsibilities:

  • Subject matter expert (SME) across key tasks and high impact assignments internal controls, enterprise risk management, Verification & Validation (V&V) testing, Notification of Finding (NFR) & Corrective Action Plan (CAP) remediation, develop trainings and briefing materials, author DoD-wide guidance & policy (IT and non-IT), and support organizational change management & communication strategies.  
  • Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments

Qualifications

Clearance Requirement

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance or be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance of Secret or higher; interim may be required before starting

Experience, Education and Certification Requirements

  • 9 (nine) years general IT audit experience. 5 (five) years shall consist of auditing financial systems of federal government agencies or preparing agencies for audit.
  • Bachelor’s in finance or a related field
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to address ad hoc tasking timely, and manage project timelines & deliverables.
  • Must be able to plan and lead major work assignments. 
  • CISA, CDFM, CGFM, or CPA preferred 

Desired experience:

  • Familiar with various DoD financial systems such as, but not limited to MCTFS, SABRS and Navy ERP, as well as DoD platforms such as Advana. 
  • Familiar with DoD-wide financial policy and guidance such as, but not limited to: OMB Circular A-123, GAAP, FISCAM, FAR, and FAM.

Target salary range: $105,001 - $115,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
