Job Description


SAIC has a contingent job opportunity for a Curriculum Development Lead to support the Center for Surface Combat Systems (CSCS) program under the US Navy.

This position will be located in Dahlgren, VA. This position is contingent upon contract award, expected in 2022.

Job Description:

  • Prepares training curricula utilizing development applications to be delivered via computer based training, eLearning environments and learning management systems.
  • Conducts training analysis, designs and develops training curricula, designs and develops multimedia/web storyboards and training, and measures and evaluates effectiveness of training. 


Required education and experience:

  • Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience
  • Experience developing group-paced instructional materials for Surface Combat Systems in accordance with Navy curriculum development standards and guidelines, advising Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on development procedures and formatting and evaluating curricula documents and instructional delivery procedures.
  • Experience in Navy curriculum development software such as Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) I, AIM II, Content Planning Module (CPM)/Learning Object Module (LOM)
  • Secret Level Clearance or Higher
