JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist that can administer, or advice on work concerned with assuring the quality of the acquired developed, delivered, and maintained products. The work of this series involves:
The duties of these positions require analytical ability combined with knowledge and application of assurance principles and techniques, and knowledge of pertinent product characteristics and the associated manufacturing processes and techniques.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Quality Assurance Specialist shall provide a comprehensive quality control program necessary for reporting and assembling meaningful data received from various data points. The Quality Assurance Specialist will use the data to produce key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreement metrics and trending and statistical analysis for investigative, compliance and enforcement results. The Quality Assurance Specialist shall perform data analysis on select individual data points to ensure the data becomes actionable knowledge that can help identify and solve potential anomalies, bugs and system failures. The Quality Assurance Specialist will categorize cause and effect of particular event.

Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Business, Information Technology, or Information Management, or seven (7) years of comparable work experience with ISO 9001:2015, CMMI-L3 and agile development as well as security clearance Status of Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with a CI polygraph test.
