SAIC is seeking a SIGINT Systems Engineer to work on the LANDMARK AOS program. This position provides requirements management support to manage end-to-end closure for the Government in the Mission Control program Office. The position will be located in Chantilly, VA.  All candidates must have an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

LANDMARK AOS is a large SETA contract, supporting the customer’s Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.

In this role, you will function as SIGINT ground expert to support the Ground System Program Office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage requirements for programs and projects
  • Guide requirements through the full development lifecycle process
  • Derive system level requirements and work with the team to develop the corresponding documentation
  • Identify, control and maintain operational requirements in DOORS
  • Scope and link requirements for proper system definition.
  • Write systems engineering documents; follow and update templates for said documents.
  • Scope and link requirements for proper system definition.
  • Manage program artifacts (documents, requirements, presentations, memos, minutes etc.) through multi-stage development activities.

You will work side-by-side with the other LANDMARK AOS staff comprised of world class System Engineers, Acquisition Engineers and Domain Experts to lead the customer in acquiring modern processing applications.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's STEM degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience with DOORS
  • Experience drafting system engineering documentation
  • Experience managing program artifacts
  • Knowledge and experience with Chantilly Customer GED systems

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced STEM degree
  • Experience in engineering and/or acquisition of Intelligence Community (IC) and/or DoD spacecraft systems
  • Knowledge of IC and/or DoD acquisition roles, processes, and/or program management

Target salary range: $145,001 - $155,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
