SAIC has an opportunity based on contract award for a Executive Program Analyst to provide SETA support to a PM Electronic Warfare & Cyber (EW&C) contract. This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located in Aberdeen, MD.
Contract award expected May 2022 with contract start in August 2022.
The Program Analyst provides high level subject matter expertise in the planning, evaluation, review and prioritization of technical and financial resources associated with assigned programs. Advises and supports program, planning, evaluation and financial management functions; as well as the strategy and performance measurement functions for assigned programs. Performs extensive coordination with Program Managers, other PEOs, DA staff, other services and industry personnel during all phases of the life cycle of assigned projects. Applies expert knowledge of program planning and evaluation, Army missions, goals and objectives.Completes strategic planning, engagements, and outreach.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND ABILITY: Participates in development of advanced concepts, techniques, and standards. Develops new applications based on professional principles and theories. Viewed as expert in field within the corporation. Establishes operational objectives and assignments. Objectives are reviewed by senior management to determine success of operation. Involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies, which affect immediate operation(s) and may have company-wide effect.
PROBLEM COMPLEXITY: Participates in development of solutions to problems of unusually complex, which require a high degree of ingenuity and innovation. Challenges are often unique and solutions may serve precedent for future decisions.

LIASON: Serves as prime consultant and external spokesperson for the organization on highly significant matters relating to policies, programs, capabilities, and long-range goals and objectives.
