SAIC’s Software Engineer will develop, support, and maintain web applications, code-based solutions, and web-based technical solutions for critical search and discovery tools and applications utilizing current cloud technology. The tools that are produced will enable the end-users to quickly, efficiently, and easily access the most pertinent data and information to accomplish their mission. These goals will be accomplished by the Software Engineer in a fast-paced environment with significant interaction throughout the development lifecycle and beyond. Qualifications

Mandatory Skills:

• Must have a active TS/SCI with polygraph
• Three (3) or more years of experience in software development and/or engineering
• Working within an Agile environment
• Developing single page applications using HTML, CSS3, and Angular
• Developing RESTful web services using Java or other technologies such as Spring
• Troubleshooting Internet and Web related protocols and technologies

Optional Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Note that education can be substituted for years of relevant experience
• Working with test tools and platforms such as Junit, Jasmine, Jest or Karma
• Utilizing AWS or other cloud environments
• Working with non-relational database systems such as DynamoDB
