SAIC is looking for a Financial Analyst Senior in our Washington, DC office. 

The candidate will provide strategic planning & management support through the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) of T&E funding for past, present and future Fiscal Years.  Participate in the annual Task Planning Sheet (TPS) process by collecting funding requirements from performers for CSSQT test events and inputting into NEPS.  Prepare and execute funding documents in N-ERP.  Track commitments, obligations, expenditures of current and past funding in N-ERP to ensure benchmarks are met.  Perform reconciliation actions to pullback funding to NAVSEA once funding has expired Prepare and provide weekly / monthly financial reports for all programs.  Respond to emergent data calls, funding drills and other funding inquiries in a timely fashion for all programs. Qualifications

Required Skills and Education:

  •  Active Secret Security Clearance
  •  BS degree and 5+ years of Navy Budgeting Experience. 4 Addtional years of experience in lieu of degree. 
  •  Proficiency with DoD Financial Databases, specifically N-ERP, NEPS, and PBIS.
  • Familiarity with New Construction DDG shipbuilding practices to include GFE efforts as well as Post Delivery
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
