SAIC is seeking a project manager to join our team. This opportunity is contingent upon award.
Simultaneously plans and directs a highly technical project (or a group of related tasks) and works with the Government Contracting Officer, the COTR, Government management personnel, and client agency representatives. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of a task order to create a POC for a cloud-hosted DR capability that places an on-premises, site-wide DR capability for a federal civilian agency. The Project Manager ensures that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or other related scientific or technical discipline; 8 years of IT experience.
With a master's degree (in the fields described in Min. Education above), 6 years of IT experience
With a Ph.D. (in the fields described in Min. Education above), 4 years of IT experience
With 12 years of experience, a degree is not required
Technical experience with cloud projects is a significant plus.
