SAIC has an immediate need for a Video Conference Analyst to support the NASA Integrated Communications Services (NICS) contract at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. The NICS contract provides high quality integrated communications services for secure voice, video and data solutions and services to NASA customers worldwide. The SAIC NICS NASA Teleconferencing Center (NTC) Team supports the NASA Communications Program (CP) in the configuration, monitoring, and network management of Agency-wide video, voice, and web conferencing events. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to resolve issues and outages in the arena video, voice, and web conferencing 
  • Schedule, establish, test, and monitor bridged video teleconferencing calls supporting multi-party participants
  • Interface professionally on a daily basis with NASA customers and Service Providers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform change, incident, and problem management duties
  • Perform basic TCP/IP network troubleshooting
  • Install and configure software and hardware supporting video teleconferencing
  • Manage agency-wide voice teleconferencing Instant Meeting accounts and audio calls
  • Create and revise Standard Operating Procedures, Test Plans, Customer Outreach Memos, etc. 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma
  • Five years work experience

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Office, 1-3 years experience
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Energetic and aggressive learner
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm in educational growth and self-development
  • Productive in a team environment, but motivated to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high pressure work environment
  • Strong writing and documentation skills
