Job Description

Description

SAIC is seeking a Cyber Program Integrator to serve as lead coordinator for specific cyber-related Intelligence Community projects and programs.  The Program Integrator is not the technical expert; rather, the Program Integrator leverages action officer-type skills to ensure projects meet the stated goals within the stated timelines.  The Program Integrator will follow National Security Council sub-committee dialogues to gather strategic direction, then work with Intelligence Community leaders to coordinate interagency efforts to carry out actions in alignment with the strategic guidance.  Having prior understanding of the policy process and US Government interagency roles and responsibilities will be helpful.  The Program Integrator will spend time reaching out to colleagues internally as well as externally, particularly the Department of Defense (DoD), to make plans for larger meetings and to craft meeting agendas.  The Program Integrator should become well-versed in the substance of the cyber and policy-related program discussions in order to shepherd the efforts toward success.  Some administrative tasks will naturally be involved, like handling meeting logistics and maintaining spreadsheets, but most duties will be more substantive, like maintaining off-the-shelf background materials for specific programs, creating talking points and slides, and responding to taskings.  A high-functioning Program Integrator has great networking skills and the ability to build a rolodex of contacts across multiple organizations and knows how to best support senior IC leaders.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
-TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
-Bachelors degree and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience.
- Experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) and/or other USG Departments and Agencies, like FBI or DNI.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders internal and external to an organization.
- Experience drafting meeting summaries, talking points, and other oral and written briefing materials.
- Experience supporting senior-level US Government (USG) officials.
- Experience in an action officer-type role, including responding to taskings with tight deadlines.

Desired Qualifications:
-General knowledge of technical topics, including cybersecurity, cyber threats, cyber crime.
-General knowledge of DoD, USG, or IC authorities and national-level policies.
