SAIC has a contingent job opportunity for a Program/Project Manager to support the Ready, Relevant Learning Ecosystems (RRLE) program under the US Navy. This position will be located in Dahlgren, VA.
This position is contingent upon contract award, expected in the Spring of 2022.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Program Manager oversees the overall planning, direction, creation, and success of system development efforts, from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance. They are responsible for the overall program definition, organization, and direction of short and long range plans. This includes the responsibility for formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach; and defining and negotiation with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources. Establishment and control of technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs are also essential tasks for the Program Manager
Qualifications
- Master's level degree in an Engineering discipline
- 9 (nine) years or more of professional experience in system engineering
- Active Secret clearance required
- PMP is preferred
