SAIC has an immediate need for Systems Information Architect at the Washington Navy Yard, DC.
Job Description:
Provide comprehensive technical and life cycle management for a highly integrated tactical information system with near real-time processing. Expert in IT systems hardware/software support of submarines and undersea systems to include all phases of the life-cycle. Provide technical reviews of hardware/software product descriptions and system architecture analyses. Coordinate and participate in design, testing, participating in reviews; provides technical program/project management support for the development of system requirements, work statements, risk management, configuration and document control, establishment of schedule/milestones, action item tasking and completion.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- BS degree and 9+ years of experience; four (4) additional years of experince in lieu of degree.
Required Skills:
- Shall have Proficiency Level of Journeyman.
- Shall have experience in Acquisition & Program/Project Management
- Direct experience with the development and life-cycle maintenance of IT systems.
- Knowledge of Cross Domain Solutions (CDS)
Required Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain polygraph.
