Overview:

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst / Directors Action Group Administrator to join our Chantilly, VA based team.  This position requires the applicant to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting our Government customer (NRO/GEOINT/CSPO) execute their duties and responsibilities. The Commercial System Program Office (CSPO) is responsible for exploring and integrating commercial satellite imagery into the NRO architecture.

Key duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work in an interactive team environment with Government customer leads, satellite developers, and other subject matter experts.
  • Provide direct support to the Director & Deputy Director and manage the CSPO Front Office
    • Provide senior executive level staff support to leads/program managers for assigned actions
    • Review Intelligence Community (IC) policy documents and provide highlights of pertinent sections to CSPO program management. 
    • Prepare DAG response shells for actions assigned to external groups
    • Report on action item status at the appropriate meetings
    • Track and maintain a Government provided database (TIER) of GEOINT/CSPO action items
    • Manage and coordinate updates, deadlines, and obtain top-level customer approval for Quarterly Congressional and Program Review briefing packages. 
    • Schedule, coordinate, provide logistical support for, and help prepare presentations/briefings for senior staff meetings and reviews, as directed.
    • Act as backup support to the Configuration Management team by assisting with document management and facilitating staff meetings.
    • Prepare the CSPO Weekly Activity Report (WAR) and update mailing lists

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 15 years or more of related experience; Master's and 13 years or more experiene; PhD or JD and 10 years or more experience. 
  • Experience using MS Office applications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of GEOINT/CSPO mission, responsibilities, and customer policies & procedures
  • Experience using the GEOINT customer’s TIER action item system
