The SAIC Team is seeking a highly skilled technical training and/or safety management system expert, who under the direction the Program Manager, will be responsible for successful development and delivery of a training development program and manage performance of a training and safety programs. Under direction of the PM, manage activities in accordance with contractual requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance. Execute to the program baseline and support risk management, customer relationships, and program staffing. Ensure compliance with quality standards and escalate challenges to the Program Manager. Support business development and program staff management. Responsible for scheduling, monitoring, tactical support, planning and execution of all training program/technical support and delivery activities. Supports and coordinates planning and execution of all training program/technical support and delivery activities. Supports the planning and management of the transition from legacy training programs to the newly developed comprehensive training and safety program.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressively responsible program support experience

Bachelor's degree or Higher in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, business administration, human resources, humanities)

Desired

SMS: Safety Management Systems

Minimum 3 years PM experience in Training/Training System program

Experience operating in a military or safety sensitive environment a plus.

MS suite skills required; data visualization skills a plus demonstrated record of excellent communication skills, written and oral.

FAA training experience is a huge plus
