The SAIC Team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leadership development training expert, who will be responsible for successful delivery of training and coaching. Demonstrated ability to apply principles of adult learning and high performance coaching to improve performance of complex operational skills. Coordinates with expert and mid-level contributors to manage intervening factors and support evaluation tools and activities to ensure valid outcomes. Ensures training solution conforms to customer requirements and expectations.

10+ years of experience delivering human performance and leadership skills training to operational personnel
Direct experience in a military or safety-sensitive operational setting
ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification
