Description
The National Security Group of SAIC is actively seeking a Program Manager. The successful candidate will report with or directly report to the Vice President, Programs DoD Agencies and Commands in the National Security Customer Group.
The Program Manager is operationally and administratively responsible for the management, direction, control and professional/technical development of over 80 Team (Prime and Sub) SAIC personnel performing work in various core discipline areas including cyber operations, planning, training and exercise, business area support & project management and security. This project supports various task areas plus an optional task (for the increased capacity to support work done in the Integrated Cyber center) that directly impact the operation and defense of the DODIN, cyber defense of the Nation, critical combatant command operations, planning and exercise support. Sets and enforces day-to-day objectives for task order personnel, providing guidance and direction to prioritize the team’s efforts. Performs project management tasks and maintains continuous communication with corporate resources in order to augment/support the team’s execution, as required. Responsible for cost control; as well as processes and personnel performing quality assurance during planning and quality control during execution of assigned tasks. Continually monitors operations to anticipate and support surge operations, as required. The SAIC Task Order Program Manager will ensure that during the task order kickoff meeting the technical requirements of the applicable accessibility standards are taken into consideration in the technical approach, quality assurance/quality control planning, and deliverable review. SAIC understands that all Section 508 regulatory requirements must also be adhered to by any subcontractors and vendors on the SAIC Team for the task order.
