SAIC is seeking an experienced, well-qualified Intel Analyst - Maritime Technical Support to join an exciting program in Springfield, VA.  The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a willingness to learn.  Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for supporting Project Officers in developing diverse products, studies, plans, and concepts of operations for the employment of capabilities against a diverse array of requirements.  The candidate will support data research, production, review, analysis, and reporting.

The Maritime Technical Analyst will support a team of SAIC Systems Engineers and customer Project Officers to advance and employ customer capabilities in a dynamic maritime environment.  The candidate should have solid experience working with Intelligence Community experts, supporting research, analysis and reporting with the ability to generate briefings and documentation for senior-level audiences.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Support Project Officers and engineering teams in all aspects of planning, coordinating, documenting, and executing concepts of operations;
• Requirements analysis and reporting;
• Planning, preparations and hosting large working groups including technical and planning details, meeting minutes and action item tracking;
• Interface and coordinating with Intelligence Community experts; and
• Maintaining data spreadsheets and requirements documents.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• An active TS/SCI;
• The ability to complete a counter-intelligence scope polygraph (CSP);
• Five (5) years or more of demonstrated experience working in the Intelligence Community;
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field and five (5) years or more of related experience; additional years of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable; and
• Five (5) years or more of demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Project) applications.

Desired Qualifications:

• Utilizing the technical collection capabilities of the Intelligence Community;
• Operating in the maritime environment; and
• Supporting a program or activity utilizing unmanned underwater vehicles and their associated technologies.
