SAIC is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented SME - Database Architect to join our team in the Washington DC area
As a member of the team you will design the back end, database table mappings, and overall design of the data structures as well as create a migration plan to migrate existing data from the current data mgmt system into the new system. You will be expected to ensure that the new data mgmt system is scalable and modular to seamlessly migrate to other systems or networks, cloud or non-cloud based, as well as mobile or stationary platforms upon our customer's mission needs. Once completed you will be assisting/leading the ongoing enhancement and management of the data mgmt system.
This opportunity is contingent upon award.
Qualifications
- Senior level position 9-13 years of experience
- Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience. Four additional years' experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum Secret Clearance Required
