SAIC is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer Base Engagement Lead to join our team and begin an exciting and challenging career with Air Force EITaas EUS.

 

In this role you will:

  • Customer engagement weekly/monthly
  • Identify vendor action for resolution
  • Maintain Lessons Learned
  • Deliver support
  • Build trust bridge with AF customers & TPOCs, Support FSLs, collab with vendor partners, etc.
  • Attend meetings/support briefings/update briefing deliverables, marketing/comms deliverables, etc.
  • Assist AF customer with understanding ITSM in a DoD environment – pros/cons and how to best utilize the production end of the Service Center (ServiceNow) platform to view data via dashboards
  • Identify requirements and additional knowledge/training gaps for the Change Management Coordinator to work and address

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience.

 

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE WITH:

  • AF or DoD Acquisions, Operations (Admin operations/Comm Sq Operations/NCC Operations, etc.) and Enterprise Services
  • Articulate/strong communications skills and ability to engage with all levels of AF leadership and customer (Airmen/Guardians)
  • Knowledge of Air Force IT support services and processes (life cycle)

TECHNICAL: ITIL 4 (ITSM); Agile; Proj Mgmt; ServiceNow; Jira; MS Suite – Strong Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

 

*Certifications not required but familiar with/has knowledge of ITSM/ITIL/ServiceNow & Air Force Enterprise IT Operations to engage and address customer concerns on the spot


Target salary range: $100,001 - $125,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
