SAIC is looking for an experienced Expatriate Analyst/Consultant to join our team supporting international programs company-wide. 

This position can be worked 100% remotely within the Continental United States with the potential to go to a local office on occasion, when necessary.  Candidates with a security clearance are a plus! 

Primary Job Duties:

  • A successful candidate will help to develop, communicate, implement and maintain all human resources aspects of international assignments to include policies, procedures, and expatriate payroll processes.  
  • You will assist international assignees with their assignments through coordinating, developing, and/or managing some or all of the following: tax equalization, immigration coordination, benefits coordination, housing, relocation, assignment agreements and compensation packages.
  • You will also coordinate with relocation firms, outside vendors, and government and international agencies, as required.  Must be adept at communicating with employees, programs, and SAIC’s functional leadership, when needed.
  • You are expected to have or quickly develop a complete understanding and application of SAIC principles, concepts, practices, and standards.  A full understanding of industry practices is key.
  • You are expected to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems, sometimes referring to established precedents and policies to form new solutions.
  • You will often represent the organization as a prime POC for programs or on special projects. Must be capable with interacting well with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; OR Masters and four (4) years or more of related experience

Required Skills:

  • Expert Microsoft Office skills strongly desired
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Consultative skills with programs and business leaders

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • GMS and/or GPHR certification a plus

Target salary range: $85,001 - $95,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
