SAIC has an immediate need for a Lead Cyber Engineer to support the PEO Integrated Worker System for NAVSEA located in Washington, DC / Navy Ship Yard.
The candidate will supervise Risk Management Framework (RMF) package development by providing oversight to cybersecurity analysts and Navy Qualified Validators. The candidate will align staff with personnel and laboratory resources at NSWC DD and LMCO CSEDS to develop drawings, analyze networks, conduct scans, and draft artifacts (e.g., Security Assessment Plan (SAP). The candidate will coordinate schedules and work with adjudication authorities (e.g., Technical Area Expert (TAE), FAO, ISSM). The candidate will conduct actions to facilitate rapid approval of RMF packages leading to system Authority to Operate (ATO) for all AEGIS Weapon System baselines. The candidate will participate in daily scrum sessions and run the meetings when the scrum lead is not available and supervise comment adjudication and package rework.
