Description

SAIC is seeking an Intelligence Instructor at the Marine Corps Intelligence School (MCIS) Regional Intelligence Training Center (RITC), Okinawa, Japan to support the Army National Guard and the broader military intelligence community on the Military Intelligence Services Support (MISS) Program.

Job Duties:

  • Instructor will identify and adapt course materials based on analysis of tactical unit requirements at respective RITC locations.
  • Coordinate with program lead personnel and MCIS headquarters personnel to identify, schedule and deliver intelligence training as required by Marine Corps operating forces. 
  • Provide coach/mentor support in the field to units during designated exercises in the area of intelligence related tasks.
  • Conduct unit engagement to assist in the identification of intelligence training deficiencies and development or implementation of expert solutions using the Systems Approach to Training, Unit Training Management, and Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE) model. 
  • Conduct and facilitate intelligence training as directed.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in support of program-wide and theater-specific curriculum development.
  • Provide training deficiency analysis, including evaluation, for training development and improvement.
  • Job duties will occur in Okinawa regardless of unit deployment.
  • Travel will be limited but could be up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and ten (10) years or more of USMC/Army or related military intelligence experience; OR Master’s Degree and seven (7) years or more USMC/Army or related military intelligence experience.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • One (1) year previous military intelligence curriculum development experience
  • Two (2) years of experience as military intelligence trainer
  • Two (2) years’ experience with content development and training using the ADDIE model
  • One (1) year experience conducting training management
  • Knowledge of MCIS Headquarters operations
