Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) currently has a contingent opening for a Senior Program Manager in support of the Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT). The position will be on site in Pensacola, FL. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award in the Summer/Fall 2021.


Job Description:
The Senior Program Manager oversees a team of instructors/subject matter experts who teach cyber warfare courses and provide technical support for course curriculum.  The PM will serve as the single point of contact to the customer for all contractual, staffing, financial, and task execution requirements.  The PM will perform the following duties along with other supervisory and corporate leadership functions:

  • Support development of customer course schedules
  • Respond to customer requests for cyber warfare technical support
  • Draft and submit all task deliverables
  • Develop and provide technical and financial program status reports and briefs
  • Perform financial management activities to include developing budgets, cost estimates, and reports
  • Oversee team members’ certification and maintenance of DoD Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) certifications and completion of annual continuous learning program training
  • Serve as hiring manager for program team staffing
  • Serve as a cyber warfare instructor to support classes on a contingent basis

Qualifications

Experience/Skills/Certifications (Required/Desired):

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or four (4) years experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 10 years directly related experience. 
  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance (CI Poly may be required)
  • Program/Project Management experience 
  • Knowledge of DoD CSWF Program 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Cyber warfare experience
  • Formal training in cyber warfare defensive and offensive cyber operations
  • Formal instructor training and experience 
  • Master Training Specialist (MTS) qualification
