Position Description:

Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) seeks a qualified Senior Systems Engineer to join our team.  The ideal candidate will work closely with the O365 Engineer and provide day-to-day support in managing the O365 migration tasks, MS Teams. You will also help with the customization and integration efforts of solutions utilizing Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and on-premises versions of Exchange, SharePoint, and Active Directory as required. The candidate will:

This is a 100% remote / Work from home position. 

  • Work directly with the Senior O365 Engineer and to schedule and execute all Teams related activities.
  • Troubleshoot issues that may arise, this can include conditional access policies, Azure logs, sign in failures and MFA failures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and coordinate troubleshooting sessions.
  • Manage and maintain Team sites, this includes adding and removing users, sending invitations, and confirming invitation is accepted.
  • Actively work incidents in ServiceNow, this includes proper notation and meeting SLA’s.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or similar (or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of degree).
  • Administration of O365 workloads
  • Experience with troubleshooting issues with O365 workloads
  • Administration of Active Directory
  • Variety of M365 experience – OneDrive, Teams, Forms, Bookings, and retention policies
  • Ability to work collaboratively and enjoy working in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Effectively interact with others to accomplish tasks within tight schedule, ability to prioritize tasks with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must possess good communication skills with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Provide extreme attention to detail, producing highly professional documentation and deliverables
  • Relevant certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Target salary range: $75,001 - $100,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
