SAIC is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support the DLA Troop Support Construction and Equipment program. This positon is contingent upon contract award and will be located in Chambersburg, PA at the Letterkenny Army Depot.
The Data Entry Clerk will perform all aspects of managing, tracking, reporting, and maintaining accurate data requirements into the Hazardous material Management System (HMMS). Responsibilities relate to routine and repetitive tasks associated with HMMS operation. Responsible for the creation of accurate labels to identify and track all HAZMAT materials. Issue and track, by serial number, all Hazardous materials brought onto the depot. Records issues, transfers, receipts, and expenditures of all HAZMAT materials on the depot Provides daily, weekly, monthly reports as directed. Ensures accurate Shelf Life Management of over 3,000 Hazardous Materials. Works closely with LEAD Environmental & Safety Offices to ensure regulatory compliance with all local, State, and Federal laws in relation to HAZMAT material accountability.
