Description

SAIC is looking for a HRIS Analyst to join our HR Systems team. This position is available remotely anywhere in the United States. This role supports SAIC’s Recruiting and Onboarding (pre and post-hire processes and integrations) utilizing Oracle Taleo Enterprise applicant tracking system and CRM tool Talemetry.

In this role, you will:

- Provide day-to-day support for Taleo end users (TA Operations, IT, Security, etc) including resolution of log in difficulties, data issues and process failures

- Maintain data integrity of pre and post-hire Taleo data feeds and Oracle HCM. This includes day-to-day tracking, running reports and working with other teams to resolve data issues

- Support release management cycle for off-cycle patch updates and scheduled release upgrades.  This includes evaluation of bug fixes, new features, testing, and deployment

- Provide support in retrieval of sensitive documentation from candidate records

- Add, remove or edit existing data in foundational tables in Oracle HCM

- Participate in both technical and business-oriented discussions regarding TA projects, tasks, etc.

- Ensure compliance with company policies with respect to candidate pre and post-hire data

-  Prepare process documentation and/or reference materials

- Compare data from various sources to draw conclusions and develop appropriate solutions consistently while understanding downstream impacts

- Implement and plan for improvements, enhancements, and new applications to the system by working closely with the Talent Acquisition and IT Operations teams

- Address day-to-day operational requests and tickets to ensure completion

 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

- 2+ years of HRIS experience with a Bachelor’s degree

- Knowledge and experience with Recruiting and Onboarding, HCM/HRIS systems (Oracle preferred but not required)

- Proficiency with Microsoft/Excel

- Must be able to complete work within given deadlines

- Passion for providing a positive candidate experience

- Comfortable with proper handling of confidential information


Target salary range: $50,001 - $75,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
