Description

SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Control Analyst to support our team with the planning, tracking analysis, and reporting on projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk. This position can be worked 100% remotely nationwide.

Typical Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementation of financial policies and procedures in support of projects; establishment and maintenance of cost/schedule baselines; development of WBS and related dictionaries, schedules, or Resource Loaded Networks (RLN’s) and budgets; implementation of Earned Value methodologies and performs related variance analyses; and preparation of written and verbal reports to management regarding cost schedule variances.
  • Significant interface with Project Managers, Contracts, Senior Technical Personnel, as well as other organizations. They may participate in new business proposals through schedule and RLN support, providing input and cost volumes to management.
  • Complete understand and wide application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
  • Full knowledge of industry practices.
  • Performs assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institute and six (6) years or more of related experience; Master’s Degree and four (4) years or more of related experience. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
  • Basic understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) required.
  • Complete understanding of financial analysis such as ROS, ROC, annual operating plans, accounts receivable, Revenue & EBIT forecasts.
  • Complete understanding of the preparation of Baseline data, ETC, & EAC development, revenue and margin forecasting, and cost estimation/pricing.

Required Security Clearance:

  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Target salary range: $75,001 - $85,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
