Job Description


SAIC is seeking a P6 Scheduler / Project Manager to develop, maintain and oversee project/activity schedules for 2 nuclear facilities utilizing Primavera and Maximo software. Primary responsibility will be the development, management and administration of the 30-day schedules. The ideal candidate will have expertise in scheduling utilizing the Primavera P6 software tool, will be capable of planning, monitoring, and reporting on the development and maintenance of an NNSA integrated master schedule (NIMS). This position requires a scheduler with the ability to integrate and analyze individual project schedules, assemble and analyze the schedule, provide schedule health assessments, as well as critical path analysis.


  • Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of the work management process at DOE nuclear facilities.
  • Expert knowledge/experience with Primavera and Maximo software.
  • Experience analyzing, compiling, and presenting large data sets from a variety of clients, and making recommendations for improvement to content and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate with federal and support staff to maintain the operation and accuracy of the integrated master schedule, including the integration of ongoing schedule
  • Minimum of five years of Program Scheduling experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be eligible to obtain a DOE Q security clearance


Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
