SAIC is seeking a Program Schedule Analyst for a National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Systems Program Office (SPO) in Chantilly VA.  The SPO will field multiple, short time to market space systems.  The candidate with interact and coordinate daily with numerous stakeholders (senior acquisition leadership, Program Managers, Technical Leads, and external organizations).  Daily and weekly facilitation of program level schedule management will be required to include risk management boards, engineering review boards, and other leadership review boards.  A candidate with experience in government scheduling for space satellite programs is needed.  The candidate will be expected to continually balance and adjust work priorities to meet short term work suspense and rapidly evolving customer needs.  The successful candidate must have excellent communication and team skills.   

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Create and deliver integrated program schedules on weekly, monthly, and quarterly intervals for customer use in program planning, briefings, and other program office communications
• Create and deliver professionally finished schedule views to use in professional briefings and to display on walls in program areas.  Create graphic representations of schedules which are supported by current schedule data
• Compile schedule related data and develop schedule management products with Program Manager, Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), Contracting Officers, SPO Program Control and Budget Planning Office representatives
• Create, coordinate and brief schedule details in program office internal forums
• Maintain schedule databases and tools
• Provide formal and informal status to the SPO on the program schedules, evaluate schedule data for trends or anomalies and report to Program Managers

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS Degree
• 7+ years of experience in integration schedule management
• 5+ years Government space acquisition experience
• Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) free, capable of providing technical and acquisition support to Government
• Active TS/SCI clearance with background investigation within 5 years and CI polygraph

DESIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years working with NRO/SPO schedule management tools
