SAIC is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer team lead to capture, accept, and review system-level requirements into a System Requirements Document (SRD). The candidate will define, document, and maintain a high-level architecture design, identify major components of the system, and facilitate the allocation of requirements to each component. You will develop a system CONOP with use case scenarios that describe and capture the essential utility of every component. Work through end-to-end aspects with external systems for data and message formatting, agency data compliance and security requirements, and user experience aspects. The candidate will document and obtain concurrence on external facing interfaces and identify incompatibility between components and facilitate resolution efforts. You will facilitate sprint planning and establish a delivery timeline, and manage requirement and design changes. You will establish a requirements verification and test matrix to validate that testing and documentation is complete prior to deployment.
