SAIC is seeking an Intel All Source Analyst with an active TS/SCI Polygraph to support our customer at Ft. Meade in Maryland.

This position supports the Comprehensive Cyber Support Services II (CCSS II). CCSS II is a SAIC Prime DoD contract that supports Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command. Team SAIC delivers high impact subject matter expertise to help solve complex operational challenges the Marine Corps faces in this dynamic domain of warfare. Our SMEs cover the spectrum from All Source Intelligence Analysts, full spectrum CO Planners, CND/IR, and OCO mission management.  

Duties and Responsibilities Include: 

• Provide SME support for the purpose of providing technical, integration, software development, vulnerability assessments, analysis, package development, administer users accounts and interoperability support to MARFORCYBER and MCCYWG. There is a specific need for SME support for the following capabilities / programs: 
  • Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Collection and Analysis 
  • Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) 
  • All-Source Intelligence Analysis and Production 
  • Intelligence Collection Management 
  • Exercise Planning 
• Maintain a current knowledge base regarding engineering, logistics, acquisition, testing, accreditation, and CM of all Projects

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience. OR 4 years of additional experience accepted in lieu of degree
• Familiarity with SIEM tools
• Prior experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or Network Operation Center (NOC)
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in insider threat analysis
• Organizational and cross-functional communications skills to disseminate and present findings to key stakeholders
• Familiarity with risk scoring and threat analysis tools

Clearance Requirement:

• Candidate must currently possess and be able to maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph.
