Description
SAIC is seeking a Microsoft SharePoint Business Analyst to join the SharePoint Support Team. This role is focused on analyzing existing SharePoint solutions and data sources to improve usability and usage. The role includes working independently and gathering and analyzing data in support of user needs from all USDA offices. The role will provide business process improvement support to effectively create, exchange, manage, and share content on Microsoft SharePoint. The role will develop, administer, and support Microsoft SharePoint with out-of-the-box features and optimize custom solutions as needed by the business. This role will configure Microsoft SharePoint as needed, deploy new solutions, support user issues and help solve technical problems when possible or coordinate technical help with CEC. We are looking for an individual who is exceptional at problem solving, has good judgment and someone with the ability to come up to speed quickly.
